　　1、首先对位移传感器进行检查：

　　因为拉力试验机系统是一个闭环系统，要想知道是哪个部分出现了问题，就一定要切断系统中的回路，使其成为一个开环的系统。从而可以判断试验机的传感器信号是不是正常。这个时候也要断开位移传感器的反馈信号，使其成为开环。此时工作站发出一个控制动作器移动的信号，对传感器的反馈值进行测量，在几次重复之后，传感器的反馈数据值可以组成一条直线，这个直线是线性变化的，从而就可以知道传感器是不是有问题了。

　　在已经排除了位移传感器的问题之后，因为拉力试验机的系统是一个闭环系统，放大器单元的正常与否是一定要进行检查的，方法就是断开放大器单元的输出信号。将输出接线拆除，在放大器单元加上一个直流输入信号，然后测量摆锤冲击试验机放大器单元的输出情况，在重复试验几次之后，得到一个放大器单元输出信号的线性变化趋势数据，这样就可以知道放大器单元是不是有问题了。
